Bimride was beyond exceptional in taking care of all of our travel needs on the island during our stay. In the US we have Uber and Lyft for rideshare services, and I have to say that Bimride gave me the same superior rideshare service on the same level as Uber and Lyft from my app engagement, the professional drivers, and the reasonable rates to use the service. I did not hesitate once on using the service while on the island and will use them in the future when we visit again. Having drivers with knowledgeable experience of the island gave us two for the price of one (a driver and a tour guide) and this was an added plus to the great services you all provided. I work in Information Technology and fully understand that technical glitches do happen beyond our control, so the occasional issues with the app were tolerable and fully understood. I will definitely spread the word on my social media platforms about the availability of your rideshare services in Barbados and my personal experience, so that those visiting in the future will know of your existence and utilize your services.
